Plain Terms for a Working Relationship
These terms govern your use of this website and describe how software engagements, responsibilities, and liabilities are handled. They are deliberately short where trust can do the work.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Accepting These Terms
Simple: use the site, and these terms apply.
By browsing synkrew.solutions, submitting a form, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website itself; software development engagements are governed by individually signed proposals and agreements, which control over anything written here.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The updated date at the top of this page marks the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
What Synkrew Does
Software and engineering for healthcare organizations.
Synkrew designs and builds healthcare software: patient portals, appointment booking systems, digital intake, AI chatbots, healthcare websites, administrative dashboards, telehealth tools, and workflow automation. Descriptions on this site are informational; the actual scope of any work is defined by the proposal you sign.
Capability claims on this site, including timelines and outcomes reflected in case studies, describe specific past projects and typical patterns. They are not guarantees of results for future engagements, and proposals always state the assumptions behind any estimate.
Medical Disclaimer
The most important section on this page.
Synkrew is a software company, not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content here is general information about software and engineering practice. Using this site does not create any provider-patient relationship with Synkrew, and no information submitted through this site should relate to your medical care or anyone else's.
Software we deliver is a tool for our clients and their clinical teams. Clinical decisions belong to licensed professionals, and clients remain responsible for the appropriateness of how deployed software is used in care contexts. If you need medical help, contact a qualified healthcare provider or, in an emergency, your local emergency services.
Compliance Responsibilities
Shared, documented, and taken seriously.
Healthcare software operates inside a regulatory frame that includes HIPAA and state privacy law. In every engagement, the client determines its own regulatory obligations as the covered entity or the party closest to patient relationships. Synkrew implements the technical safeguards the engagement defines and signs a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI moves.
Our HIPAA compliance page and BAA page explain how this division of responsibility works in practice. Nothing in these terms makes Synkrew responsible for the lawfulness of a client's clinical or billing practices.
Intellectual Property
Ours is ours, yours is yours, and agreements make it precise.
The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Synkrew and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may reference and link to this site freely; you may not copy site content wholesale or present it as your own.
For engagements, ownership of deliverables, licenses to third-party components, and handling of pre-existing intellectual property are defined in the signed project agreement. Those documents, not this page, are the operative record for client work.
Third-Party Services
A few helpers, each with its own terms.
This site links to and embeds third-party services, such as our scheduling partner for booking calls. When you interact with those services, their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we encourage you to read them.
Links from our site to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Engagements, Quotes, and Payment
Estimates are honest, and agreements are binding.
Prices, timelines, and scopes published on this site are starting points, not offers. A project becomes binding only when both parties sign a proposal or agreement that states the scope, schedule, fees, and payment terms for that engagement.
Invoices follow the payment schedule in the signed agreement. Questions during a project are resolved through the communication channels the agreement names, in the spirit of a working partnership rather than a dispute.
Warranties and Liability
Stated plainly, as the law allows.
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent the law permits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synkrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to software engagements is defined and capped in the agreement signed for that engagement, which is where these matters belong.
Governing Law and Changes
Where disputes would look for answers.
These website terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Synkrew maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Engagements may specify governing law in their agreements, and those specifications control for the project they govern.
We may revise these terms from time to time, and the current version is always posted here. If a court holds any provision unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
